Contracting & Compliance

01. Partnering Strategy
Defense Primes & Commercial Partners
We are actively seeking partnerships with established defense prime contractors and technology firms for joint development, licensing, and eventual divestiture. Our goal is to integrate our specialized technology into larger Programs of Record.
Government R&D Programs
We are positioned to pursue government R&D funding vehicles such as the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs to accelerate our technology's path to TRL 6 and beyond.
Entity Status
FI IP Management LLC is a U.S.-based, veteran-led small business. We possess the agility and focus to rapidly advance critical technologies outside of traditional bureaucratic structures.

03. Common Inquiries
Q: Can we review the source code or schematics?
A: At this stage, no. Detailed technical data (source code, schematics, manufacturing data) is controlled under ITAR (22 CFR ยง 120.10). Disclosure requires a DSP-5 license or a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) approved by the US Department of State. We can, however, discuss "Form, Fit, Function, and Purpose" (Marketing Information).
Q: Can we manufacture this technology in our country?
A: Yes, for allied partners, provided we obtain a Manufacturing License Agreement (MLA) from the US State Department. If the technology is classified, this would require a specific Bilateral Security Agreement between governments.
Q: What is the current maturity of the technology?
A: The system is currently at TRL 3 (Analytical Proof of Concept). The proposed investment is specifically allocated to advance the system to TRL 6 (System Prototype in a Relevant Environment).
