The Problem: Electronic Fratricide

Deterministic Electronic Warfare

In a near-peer conflict, GPS and Satellite Data Links will be the first assets denied. Current EW systems rely on this precise synchronization, forcing a binary choice: stop jamming to communicate, or jam everything and lose your own comms.

Our Solution: A Pre-Coordinated, Deterministic EW Architecture that allows friendly units to operate in a contested RF environment without GPS, active data links, or self-jamming.

Review Capabilities

Core Differentiators

Mathematically Invisible

Utilizes a Cryptographically Deterministic Rolling Seed (CDRS). Friendly radios "know" the jamming notch before it happens, allowing seamless communications through high-power interference.

The "Radar Physics" Paradigm

We apply radar mechanics to communications jamming. High-Peak / Low-Average power pulses deliver Vehicle-Grade Effect (500W+) in a Man-Portable, Passively Cooled form factor, unlike high-heat continuous wave jammers.

Strategic Scalability

The architecture scales to land-based and orbital arrays capable of DC to 75GHz dominance, allowing for selective, precision denial of the RF spectrum in potentially any populated region globally.

The Venture

Founder & Principal Inventor

FI Systems is led by founder and principal inventor Vincent Michael Leonardo, the sole inventor of the company's core IP. His foundational expertise is built on a rare combination of enterprise IT at AstraZeneca, Azure and Narrow AI at Microsoft, and his service in the USMC. This technical background is complemented by a proven track record of developing strategically significant technology, including a prior hardware system accepted for formal evaluation by the German Ministry of Defence.

Technology Roadmap

TRL 3

The system is currently at TRL 3 (Analytical Proof of Concept). The proposed investment is specifically allocated to advance the system to TRL 6 (System Prototype in a Relevant Environment).
